As far back as the year 1000, there are mentions of the festival of Bruino in the “fields of King Alboino” in the ancient court of Camurana in Medolla, which took place more than once each year.

Over the years, a long backwards and forwards of commercial activity of agricultural and artisanal products between Emilia and other regions of Italy developed, the start of which was indicated by a famous tower that flew a flag from a weathervane. A historical anniversary, a splendid mix of culture and flavours.
